supervisory and/or sales experience or skills
persistent--not easily discouragedwilling to live with uncertainty
not defensive--willing to listen to constructive criticism with an open mind
flexible--have the ability to change when he data shows you're going down the wrong path
最後三點看了特別有感觸,前陣子剛好就犯了最後兩個大忌 ,willing to live with uncertainty卻是從以前到現在依然如此。除了以上幾點,手冊裡沒寫,演講過程中卻不斷傳達的一個特質則是信任(trust) ,尤其談到商業化,大家都想保護自己的idea,可是單獨個人卻無法面面俱到處理所有的專業。概括說來,成功的企業以下五點都應該做到:
identifies and evaluates a market opportunity
finds/invents solutions to fulfill that opportunity
acquires the necessary resources-money, people, equipment- to make the business a reality
manages those resources from start-up to survival and expansion
manages the associated risks
其中技術層面可是只佔了1/5!
